Order Adjustments & Cancellations
- The 24-Hour Window: As orders are meticulously prepared and dispatched within 2-3 business days, cancellation or modification requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
- Initiating a Request: Reach out to our Client Services team directly at support@valore.luxury with your order number.
- Post-Dispatch Protocol: Once a garment has entered the dispatch phase, the order cannot be altered. However, you may utilize our 14-day seamless return process upon receiving the package.
