Refund & Return Policy

At VALORE, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, please review our policy below for returns and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Timeframe: All requests for returns or exchanges must be initiated and the product returned within   14 days of receiving your package. Requests made beyond this 14-day period will not be accepted.
  • Product Condition: The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Tags: All original tags on the product must be intact and attached. Products returned without original tags will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Damage Upon Receipt: If you receive a damaged product, it is essential that you take photographs of the damage immediately upon receiving the package for verification purposes. These photos will be required during the return/exchange initiation process. Without photographic evidence of damage upon receipt, your claim may not be approved.

2. Initiating a Return or Exchange Request

3. Verification and Approval Process

Once your return or exchange request is initiated:

  • Our executive team will carefully verify the request based on the eligibility criteria outlined above (timeframe, original packaging, intact tags, and photographic evidence for damages).
  • Upon successful approval of your request, we will proceed with the return or exchange process, providing you with further instructions (e.g., return shipping address).
  • If your request is not approved based on our policy, you will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or an exchange. The decision of our executive team will be final.

4. Refunds

  • For approved refund requests, the payment will be processed and credited back to your original source of payment.
  • Please note that the processing of the refund and the reflection of the payment in your account can take up to 15 business days from the date of approval. This timeline is dependent on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

  • Approved exchange requests will be processed after the returned product is received and verified, and subject to product availability. If the desired exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be processed as per our refund policy.
